At qtie.hr, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find all the information about how we process and ship your orders.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and prepared within 24–48 hours of purchase (on business days).
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

Courier: All orders are shipped via UPS.
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days from the date of shipment.
Cost: €4.99. Free for orders over €100.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been packed and handed over to UPS, you will automatically receive an email containing your UPS tracking link. You can use this link at any time to follow your package in real time and see the latest delivery updates.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
qtie.hr is not responsible for delays caused by UPS or circumstances beyond our control.
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
